Teresamaree Clay grew out of a lifelong creative gene and a curiosity about working with clay. 

What began as simple exploration at the wheel has grown into an everyday practice of shaping mugs, bowls, and all manner of pieces that bring both character and function to daily life.

Every piece I create, whether it is a simple mug you reach for each morning or a vase that brings flowers to life, carries the frustration, the bumpy roads, and the absolute pleasure that working with clay brings.

 Each form is shaped by practice, by process, and by the belief that meaning is found in function as well as charm.

I work from my studio in St Heliers, a seaside village that inspires the calm and natural feel of my work.

My goal is simple, to make functional ceramics that people reach for, daily favourites that add a moment of pleasure to your routine, while also creating artisanal pieces that celebrate the beauty of handmade style.
